PGA Golf Predictions: Genesis Open Picks & Betting Odds - Thurs, 2/15
The Masters is less than two months away, so the 2024 PGA Tour season is really starting to heat up. It continues this week with the Genesis Invitational at Riviera, where an outstanding field is headlined by the return of Tiger Woods. Also hitting the links this week in Pacific Palisades, California are Scottie Scheffler, Rory McIlroy, Viktor Hovland, Justin Thomas, Collin Morikawa, and Jordan Spieth.

PGA golf: Genesis Open predictions and picks – Thursday, 2/15
To begin our experts’ Genesis Open predictions, Max Homa has enticing value at +2000 to win the tournament.
This is effectively Homa’s home event, as the 33-year-old American hails from Burbank, California – a mere 21 miles from Pacific Palisades. Unsurprisingly, Homa has thrived in front of his local fans. In his last four starts at this tournament, he has placed in the top 10 on every occasion, including a victory in 2021 and a runner-up performance last season.
Homa has every reason to rack up more success at Riviera this year, as he heads into the week in fine form. The world No. 8 had made 12 consecutive cuts until missing last week in Phoenix. During this stretch, he has posted five top-10 finishes, including a win on the DP World Tour in November. The good news regarding Homa’s Phoenix struggles is that he will be well-rested for his favorite event on tour.

The last of our Genesis Invitational predictions is on Adam Scott at +3000. Scott is 43, 11 years removed from his Masters triumph, but he is still playing at an elite level.
